You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Change-of-mind returns must be unused and in the original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items: email us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

To start a return, email support@shoplio.net with your order number. We reply within 24 hours and will send you return instructions. Please don’t ship anything back before you receive them.
