It is the perfect size it also has a vibration setting which relieves cramps and it also gets hot very fast so you won’t have to wait for it to get hot. you can also change the temperature that it’s on and the setting of vibration it is also adjustable so you can adjust it to your size. it also has comfortable padding.

I would say it dies quickly but other than that it’s an amazing device it gets very hot , it has 4 different vibrating settings and a couple different heat modes i love this device i got it on sale for 99 cents and it came fast 2 days before it was supposed to
Works but gets so hot it's uncomfortable. the plastic is so cheap and only the center gets hot. not the entire gray pad. also no battery indicator. as you can see in the picture only the temperature shows not battery. easy to use though and hopefully will help during periods.

Easy to use and has adjustable belt to secure it. it isn't horribly large, could hide it under a loose sweater easily. has heat and vibrate functions.
