The phone holder doesn't feel sturdy and it rotates in all directions. It doesn't sit securely on the holder itself. The extension mechanism in the cup holder works well.

Unfortunately, it doesn't fit my car properly. and it's actually non functionable, because you can't turn the phone the right way, and the arm is not long enough, it's way too close, not a very good fit at all. i would never buy this item again.

In reality, it doesn't look as luxurious as it does in the photos and videos, but everything works perfectly. It attaches well to the cup holder and holds the phone securely. If it proves itself in a few days, I will update the review.
